How to best use the Thermometer

  1. Insert the thermometer probe straight into the center of the thickest part of the meat (Poultry works best when inserted horizontally into the inner thigh or breast). Do not use the thermometer when meats are less than 1-inch thick or frozen.
  2. Place the food in the oven. Plug the thermometer into the input
  3. Turn the control knob to your desired cooking function
    1. The thermomter can only be used with air fry, air bake, air roast, bake, dehydrator, reheat, and burner cooking functions. 
  4. Select the target internal temperature. You can cycle through the presets or input the temperature manually.
