1. Remove the condensation collector by gripping each side with your thumb and pointer finger and pulling away from the pressure cooker. Do not pull down on the condensation collector.
2. Hand wash the condensation collector with soap and water or in the top rack of a dishwasher. Dry thoroughly.
3. Replace the condensation collector.
Note: Always replace the condensation collector before cooking in the pressure cooker. Do not use the pressure cooker without the condensation collector in place.
