If your dehydrator is not turning on (or is unresponsive), try resetting it:
- Plug in the dehydrator.
- Press and hold the + and − buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds.
- The screen will show the machine's version number then --:--. That means the machine has been successfully reset.
- Try turning on and using the dehydrator.
