Resetting your dehydrator

If your dehydrator is not turning on (or is unresponsive), try resetting it:

  1. Plug in the dehydrator.
  2. Press and hold the + and  buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds.
  3. The screen will show the machine's version number then --:--. That means the machine has been successfully reset.
  4. Try turning on and using the dehydrator.
